Where did it begin?

Hi, my name is Kelly and I own Bakin’ with Caitlin. After taking part in a random Gingerbread house competition at work many, many years ago.. I started to dabble in Gingerbread baking. I’d try the odd Gingerbread creation and started to get more adventurous.

In 2013 my daughter (Caitlin) was born. As soon as Caitlin was old enough, she loved to “help” Mummy in the kitchen and particularly loved decorating Gingerbread. This generally meant creating mess and eating all the sprinkles off her fingers. 

By this point, I was baking more and more Gingerbread taking it into work where my co workers would consume pretty quickly! I was told on a regular basis that it was good enough to sell and that I should start a business... and eventually I listened.

In 2017 Bakin’ with Caitlin was born..  Though she still loves to decorate and eat her own Gingerbread, Caitlin has taken on the role of Chief Tester and Critic along with Mr Bakin with Caitlin. 😍

Food Hygiene

Bakin’ with Caitlin has a 5* Food Hygiene Rating with Hillingdon Local Authority.

We hold a Level 2 Food safety and Hygiene certificate and have Public Liability.
